It’s Time for UBOC 6

Saying goodbye to 2010 means saying hello to 2011. If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to use US friendly poker sites, you are in luck because UBOC 6 is upon us. Included in 2011’s UB Online Championship is 29 exciting events including the Championship Event with a $1 million guaranteed prize pool. Winning one of the events nets you a special UBOC watch, and if you won an event during UBOC 5, you will be invited to the Tournament of Champions! January 16th is when things kicked off with the NL Holdem Deep Stack event for $500+$30. The High Roller event is a $2,100 buy-in and takes place on January 23rd. The Championship Event is on January 30th and features a $1,050 buy-in. If you have just started on the best US poker sites and don’t want to commit to these stakes, you will have several chances to satellite into the events. The satellites start as low as 10 cents!

Another way to go for people inexperienced with the top Texas Holdem sites is Mini-UBOC. This series has all of the same events, but it features much smaller buy-ins. While you won’t win a special watch, the prize pools will be large and the excitement of a final table will be there in spades!
